His pastoral responsibilities include preaching and teaching, overseeing the church’s pastoral internship, and facilitating church planting and revitalizing in the DC area.

Dr. Ashford serves as Provost and Professor of Theology and Culture at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is also a Research Fellow at the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention.

Dr. Barrett is Associate Professor of Christian Theology at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is also the founder and executive editor of Credo Magazine, an evangelical publication making theology accessible to those in the church.
