This week on Preaching and Preachers, Thomas White joins me in a discussion on the preacher and his ecclesiology. Dr. White is the president of Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio. He has coauthored a number of books including: First Freedom: The Beginning and End of Religious Freedom, Upon This Rock: A Baptist Understanding of the Church, and Restoring Integrity in Baptist Churches.

This week on Preaching and Preachers, Alvin Reid joins me in a discussion on the preacher and the personal evangelism. Alvin holds the Bailey Smith Chair of Evangelism and is senior professor of evangelism and student ministry at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is also the pastor to young professionals at Richland Creek Community Church in Wake Forest, North Carolina.

This week on Preaching and Preachers, Art Rainer joins me in a discussion on the preacher and money. Art serves as the Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is also cofounder of Rainer Publishing, and he has written four books: Raising Dad, Simple Life, The Minister’s Salary, and The Money Challenge.

This week on Preaching and Preachers, Phil Newton joins me in a discussion on the pastor and the mentoring church. Phil is senior pastor of South Woods Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee. He has recently written The Mentoring Church, and his previous books include Elders in the Life of the Church and Conduct Gospel-Centered Funerals.
